The Asia Tech x Singapore 2022, a flagship tech event that enables participants to network and keep their finger on the pulse of latest tech trends, challenges and opportunities will kick off at Singapore Expo on June 1.

The three-day event, held by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Informa Tech and supported by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB), will gather government officials, technology business leaders and experts to share their insights into the digital future, enabling attendees to network with tech industry leaders and get inspirations to develop their strategies to move forward.

Derick Loi, general manager of the international business for the digital tech division of the fin-tech firm Ant Group, will join one of its anchor event TechXLR8 Asia to share cases about how Ant’s digital technologies help organizations, enterprises, government bodies to respond to change and optimize productivity. He will also address how Ant will help with build and sustain digital advantage in his speech on June 1.

The digital tech division of Ant, a fin-tech Giant where innovation runs in its genes, has been carrying out innovative applications by integrating of digital technologies such as blockchain, AI, security and cryptography to foster trusted industry collaboration networks.

Its productivity blockchain platform is capable of processing and support 1 billion user accounts and 1 billion transactions per day and the daily volume of digital assets has already surpassed 100 million. The division has carried out innovative applications and software-hardware integration products that can be used in more than 50 case scenarios, meanwhile ensuring privacy-preserving computation and enhanced security algorithms.

All these remarkable achievements has by now won the division more than 2,200 global patents.

Loi the speaker has 25 years of experience in fintech, cloud computing, enterprise data center, digital transformation, data security, data protection, customer success and managed services in Asia Pacific and global markets.

The next day he will join a panel discussion to share his viewpoints on the logic behind Ant’s digital and technological innovations and the importance of enterprises and customer embracing digital transformation.
